How does renting work?
It’s very simple.
Browse our website and choose which items you want to rent and select the dates, checkout and our system will reserve the items for you.
We deliver and install the items for you. On pickup day, our service will pick the item back.
Where do you rent?
We rent to all major cities in Saudi Arabia: Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar, Makkah, and nearby cities. If your city is not on the list, please speak to our customer service, as we might be able to rent under special circumstances.
What are the payment methods?
1. You can pay by using your credit card through a 100% safe & secure online transaction.

We currently do not accept cash payments.
Will I receive the exact product as in the order?
Not necessarily. You might receive a similar or upgraded product.
What about the delivery and installation?
The delivery and installation will be scheduled as indicated in your order. It will be carried out by Ekuep team. Please arrange any gate passes with our customer service team if required.
Please be present at the delivery location prior to delivery. In case you’re unavailable to attend the delivery, you may appoint an authorized representative for taking delivery.
How do I extend my order?
You can extend/reschedule the booking if the product is not pre-booked for those dates.
You can log in to your account at Ekuep Rental. You can extend the booking from: My Account > Orders > View > Extend Your Booking.
What about the pickup?
Please do not attempt uninstallation of the product. Ekuep team will arrive on the scheduled end date of the rental term. Ekuep techs will inspect the aesthetic and functional status of the machine, and report it in the quality control. You will have to sign the quality control document as part of the pick-up procedures.
Why do you charge a security deposit?
The purpose of the refundable deposit is to cover against equipment damage that may occur during the rental period. Once the equipment is returned in good condition, we process a refund for the deposit. This helps us maintain our equipment in good condition, and to keep customers happy.
When will I receive my security deposit back?
For credit card payments, within 5 working days. For Bank transfers, 8-10 working days.
What is the cancellation policy?
48 hours before start: Free
Within 48 hours of start: a charge equivalent to 3-day rental amount
What if the equipment is not collected on delivery day (no show)
4-day rental amount
What about late returns?
Rental amount for number of late days + (25% extra per day)
What documents do you require for the rental?
Your National ID with signature below
Your CR copy (Optional)
We reserve the right to ask for a promissory note in some cases.
What if I can't find equipment i'm looking for?
Contact us, as we might be able to arrange it for you.
Do you rent to individuals, or only businesses?
Both, we rent to individuals and businesses. We don’t want anyone to miss out on the savings and convenience of renting online from us.
Can I pick up my rental instead of having it delivered?
We might be able to arrange this for you under certain circumstances. Please contact us for details.
What if I damage the equipment during the rental period?
We don’t charge for minor scratches or minor wear and tear. In other cases, our technician assesses and quotes for the damage. The amount is deducted from the security deposit. If the amount is greater than the security deposit, you will be liable to pay that amount to us, as per the Legal Terms and Conditions.
How do you define damage?

Is the security deposit the insurance as well?
No, it’s not insurance.
