The True T-23F is a reach in freezer with one, self-closing solid swing door. It has a total capacity of 23.0 Cu. Ft and a stainless steel front. The ends, back and top are constructed of anodized aluminum, with NSF approved white aluminum interior liner and a stainless steel floor. It features an extra large condenser and extra large evaporator coil which hold a steady temperature at -10°F. The bottom mounted compressor runs in the coolest, most grease free area of the kitchen and allows for additional storage on top of the unit. An automatic defrost system that is time initiated and temperature-terminated saves energy and provides the shortest possible defrost cycle. Three adjustable vinyl coated wire shelves are included with the freezer, along with four 5″ casters.
